A hotel replaces the 4 houses on the site.
- On a players turn, but prior to them shaking the dice a player can mortgage an asset to raise cash.
- The bank will pay you half the purchase price for a house, hotel or site.

- To repurchase an asset you must pay the list price.
- If a player becomes insolvent because they cannot meet any payment due (their cash assets and the combied mortgage values of their sites and properties being less than the amount they owe) they are forced to exit the game. The bank will pay the creditor the amount equal to the mortgage value of the assets.
- The exiting player's counter is removed from the board.
- Any sites released in this way will again be on sale to any player landing on the site.
- The last player remaining in the game is declared the winner.
